As the COO, Lee oversees the strategic planning, development, and operation of IT infrastructure and service delivery across a global landscape. Based in California, Lee leads a diverse team committed to excellence and innovation in supporting organizational goals and enhancing operational efficiency.

Throughout his career, Lee has been instrumental in driving numerous high-impact projects and initiatives. His expertise includes leading large-scale infrastructure transformations, implementing advanced cloud solutions, and enhancing cybersecurity measures. Lee's visionary leadership and technical acumen have consistently resulted in improved service delivery, cost optimization, and increased business agility. Lee also developed an IT governance framework, including policies and procedures reviewed and tested as part of the yearly SOX audit with external auditors.
