Helpdesk, Systems (servers & network), passwords, network diagrams and all other information related to the customers is secured in ITGlue. ITGlue is ranked world’s best documentation management system by Gartner. Customers do not pay extra for documentation management; documentation management is part of the services provided by Acorn Technology Services.
