The Acorn’s helpdesk team is a 24x7x365 team which provides desktop support to its customers on an always-on model. Some of the core helpdesk/desktop support services provided by Acorn are mentioned below.

For day-to-day IT issues, users will engage the helpdesk who will then triage the issue and help resolve it. If the helpdesk is unable to resolve the issue, then our helpdesk managers will prioritize and escalate the issue to senior engineering teams for assistance.
