ROOM TO GROW

New employees will be given the opportunity to advance within the Acorn ranks by entering our Technical Services and Customer Service training programs. Part time and full time positions are available, and as a 24/7 operation, Acorn can offer a wide variety of working hours.  While our home offices are located in Riverside, we have opportunities for on-site technicians throughout Southern California, so don’t let the commute hold you back.

The PROCESS

Please submit your resume in PDF or .doc format—either via email to careers@acorntechservices.com or through the form below.  Although new employees aren’t expected to be experts in technology, we’ll send you a link for an online exam that we ask all applicants to take. These questions will give you an understanding of the type of work we do at Acorn, and give us a baseline reading as to your IT knowledge.  After you complete the exam, you’ll receive information on the next step of our hiring process.

Acorn Technology uses a Three Tier Hierarchy for its helpdesk operations.  So whether you have diverse professional experience within the IT field, or you’re just starting out in pursuing a career, your passion for IT can find a home at Acorn.

Customer Service Representative

Does working with a diverse client base across various industries, both in the public and private sector sound, invigorating?  Do you enjoy sharing your insights and innovations with a team of like-minded customer service professionals?
