She excels in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and traditional methodologies, with a proven record of implementing scalable frameworks such as RICE prioritization, RACI models, and PMO governance structures to enhance project outcomes and organizational efficiency.

Madiha is recognized for her ability to bridge strategic and technical domains, managing cross-border teams in the USA and Pakistan, and achieving success by building high-performing, empowered teams that consistently deliver impactful, value-driven projects on time and within scope.
